Yesterday was Donate Life Day at Petco Park as the San Diego Padres played The Milwaukee Brewers. As many of you know, Jonathan's organs were donated after his passing and this was a great event for donors, family members of donors and donor recipients. Yesterday also served as a way to introduce the new Donate Life California License Plate . Linda (Jonathan's Mom) and myself had a great time and met a couple in which the wife received a heart 8 years ago and she looks vibrant and wonderful( They are in the video below). The husband says the night of her transplant was the best day of their marriage but she slept through the whole thing(LOL). Below is a short video my sister and I shot along with photos for the event. I urge every one to become and organ donor.
